Pricing & booking FAQ
Flat, per-visit pricing means the job gets done right regardless of how long it takes — no rushing to beat a clock, and no surprise bill for going over an estimated hour.
Size (beds/baths/square footage), current condition, and frequency. Most homes are quoted after a short call.
24 hours' notice is appreciated so the slot can go to another client. Details are confirmed in your service agreement.
Both. One-time and first-time visits are priced slightly higher than an ongoing maintenance rate, since there's typically more buildup to work through.
